Relation with your body.
At first we need to ask ourselves – „what do I want from my movement practice and my body?”
Everyone can have and should have a different goals. Starting from being able to express the full human potential, improving performance in your discipline, being able to comfortable play with your kids or grandkids or to build a better physique.
To reach those goals – the most important is the first step. Understanding where M I currently with my body and its condition, what I can and what I can’t do. Where are my limits, where the discomfort comes, do I have currently any injuries or old one that I didn’t heal properly. How in general is functioning my body as one of the most complex systems in the universe.
We are learning how to create a relation with yourself & your body by getting to know it better at the first session.
At first - free of pain body.
Everyday Habits.
Usually your practice is an hour from 24 that you have during your day cycle. Activities like breathing, hydration & nutrition or such neglected sleep – takes much more time than
a practice\training itself. Thats why it is so important to observe and understand our current daily habits and make a choice – do I want to function like these or maybe I would like to make a change?
Even the best training program, and session
itself is not going to give you benefits you want if you are going to neglect your important habits and duties that you have towards yourself as a human being by taking care of proper nutrition & hydration, breath control and good quality sleep. Lets take care together of your habits to improve your wellness and performance.

Movement - freedom to express and explore.
So what is it exactly?
My approach to movement is bringing different inspirations and influences from variety of specialisations to prepare a toolset that is going to let you discover your whole human potential. Taking what is most useful from dance, martial arts, team sports etc. to give you questions and riddles that will trigger not only your body but mind as well.
“Movement is big. Bigger than any specific movement discipline and it contains within it HUGE ‘worlds’like the world of fitness, dance, martial arts, strength, flexibility, circus and more. Specializing is great – but beyond our specialities – we are all HUMAN first, MOVERS second and only then SPECIALISTS.” — Ido Portal
Connect with yourself and explore floor, air, walking, crawling, sliding, locomotions, balance, off balance, soft acrobatics, partnering, hand – eye coordination, timing and many, many more. To learn & grow, you need people – the tribe, do you want to be a part of it?
